Photo Floral

I love this photo floral dress from J.Crew so much that I borrowed it to wear for this post. The colour is amazing, fabric is just the right thickness, and the skirt is lovely and full. I just might have to buy this because I think it's on sale.

Like a Rolling Stone.

Do you have a shirt in the wardrobe that you will never get rid of because you have had it for years? Well this Preloved Rolling Stones shirt is mine. If you don't know of Preloved, this is a brand that uses recycled clothes and creates something new. It is a Toronto based brand, but has branched out, and you can find locations that carry the line on their website. Most of the items if not all, are one of a kind for this reason. This Rolling Stones, Steel Wheels tour shirt has been with me for a decade and although I don't wear it too much, I can never let it go. I paired it with my favourite Levi's shorts, a soft crepe jacket, and some striped shoes. I tried to make this look a bit more Rock 'N Roll ( as I see it). What is your favourite shirt? Florals and Stripes

I love that we did this shoot at the park! My lovely mother took these pics. I found these great striped shorts at Joe Fresh, and tried pairing them with a cute silk front, floral shirt. It is so light and I find I wear this shirt at least once a week, it's a great weekend shirt for running errands. I have my fave Biko necklace and some sparkly H&M shoes to help accessorize this look.

Yellow Bows

I have had this yellow dress for years! It is a great one to keep in my closet because it is so versatile. I can wear it work, and to summer parties/weddings. This black and white bow sweater is a great topper for any outfit and I will soon show more of it.

Colour

I love colour! I love to wear a lot of it. This is another dress that I have had for a few years and decided it would be wonderful to share. The greens, yellows, pinks, are so bright and fun, this may be a perfect look for a summer wedding.

Retro

This polka dot dress has been in my closet for year and I tend to bring it out in early June. It is strapless so I like to wear a little short sweater with it so I feel a bit more covered. It was fun to use my son's wagon as a prop for this shoot.
